Masonry/Paver Sand should be selected by its grading and the requirements of the installation. Masonry sand and concrete-paver bedding sand are not interchangeable simply because both are sand. Conventional concrete-paver bedding generally calls for suitable concrete sand; mason sand conforming to ASTM C144 is not recommended for that bedding layer. Confirm the specification of this material and follow the paver manufacturer’s instructions. For Utah projects, delivery is available in Saratoga Springs, Lehi, American Fork, Draper, Sandy, Cottonwood Heights, and throughout the Salt Lake Valley.
